| THE SJTA TRAINING SERIES |
This online system allows for electronic tracking of all professional development being offered within the district, and provides teachers access to an electronic record of all of their completed professional development. As a result, staff are aware of their standing in the structure of continuing education, and principals are able to monitor staff progress. While office staff is better able to viewand enter professional development hours, they do not track the number of hours earned. It is the teacher’s responsibility to notify Human Resources when he/she has sufficient hours for salary advancement. This must be done by sending a paper copy of your hours to Human resources

Read the directions below, and then click on the link at the right. This link will take you to Electronic Registrar Online which is the system now used to sign up for any courses offered in the SJTA Training Series.

Getting Started
Type in your Access ID and PIN (These are the same as what you use for the SmartFindEXpress Sub calling system. If you do not know your User ID or PIN, Contact the Tech. Services Help Desk (helpdesk@sanjuan.edu OR 971-7195 option 2)
Helpful hint: Click on “bookmark this page” on the upper left hand corner of your screen for easier future access
Searching and Registering for a Course
- Click on Course Catalog Tab
- Without entering anything, Click Search
- Scroll down the list to SJTA Offerings
- You should now see courses offered by SJTA and you may register for any course by clicking on “Register”
- You are now registered for that course
- Note: You may not register for courses until they are open for enrollment
You can see all the courses you have registered for by clicking on the top tab “My Current Schedule”
